I developed a 6 month plan with the marketing team to promote the event in the weekly publication owned by Broadcasting & Cable as well as partner magazines such as Multichannel News and Variety. We also promoted the event using a tailored direct mail list and e-blast promotion to the as well as online banner advertisements geared towards the industry and celebrity focused audience.

Below are the types of materials created for promotion and materials used at the event. I developed the campaign creative with a sense of elegance in mind to match the luxury-level decor of the venue and audience. Giving our guests the red carpet treatment along with a leave behind give away similar to other high-end award/induction events.
