THE CHALLENGE

The Mediacom cable consumer and business divisions needed a joint incentive program to motivate existing and new employees to use there company-wide referral program.

the idea

The main issue that the company was having was trying to get employees to take more initiative to make more sales. The solution I came up with was a campaign using various mediums that gave workers ideas of where they could go to get referrals. We also promoted what they would receive if a referral is  successfully completed.

be bold, be business

THE DETAILS

I thought about the problem that the company was facing in the current program and came up with the tagline "Be Bold, Be Business" and a campaign concept "Did You Know". The tagline that was to entice employees to be bold enough to step forward and the  concept was to remind employees that they can reach out to the places that they get there own personal services. This would benefit the small business owner, the Mediacom sales representative and the reputation of the company in local communities.

the work

Below are a series of posters that I designed based on the concept showcasing a Mediacom employee and suggesting a place were they can go to help them get an idea of where to go to get a referral. Other items made for this campaign were window clings, a brochure, point of purchase graphic for holder, hanging circle signs, tip card with a candy bar and web landing page for employees to fill out.

additional work

One of the additional parts of the campaign was for the Human Resources department. They wanted a video for new hires at Mediacom highlighting the referral program and its great features. I was able to put this motion graphic feature using a voice over based on a script from a PK Network writer and photos from our initial photo shoot used in our print materials for the campaign.
